This is a guy called Paul I met in Bristol.
The stencil behind him (according to Paul) is of himself that a friend of his did & some mindless Pratt with no regard for art has ruined. I would like to have seen this before it got damaged & Paul could have stood shoulder to shoulder with himself. Cheers for the chat Paul & thanks a million for the info on the new Banksy  I did manage to grab a few shots on my way back (will post that one soon) to Birmingham.
